I’m Lydia
I’m Lydia McCaulley Hunter! I’m married to my best friend and I’m a Mama to our sweet little boy. I’m passionate about encouraging other first-time Moms to have the pregnancy, birth, and postpartum that they desire.
I constantly have a camera to document any memory I want to preserve. The photojournalist in me wants to tell a million stories, but I tend to ramble, so the images have to tell the stories themselves.
MY STYLE
These are the words that I think of when I’m working—capturing your journey in an image—telling your story, not my version of your story. My job is to create a series of images that document, and preserve, your emotions.
I don’t position you in front of the camera and say smile. I support you, listen to you, watch your actions, and sit with you. I provide the resources you need to feel supported. I speak true words over you, pray for you, and encourage you to find joy in the journey. I tell the story of your life and your love.
