I am a nurturing doula who believes in holistic healing because I know that postpartum is about more than just physical recovery—it’s about the whole Mother healing. I deeply understand the transformation of matrescence, the profound shift from maiden to mother, and I am here to hold space for you in that journey.
Prenatal Prep Session
$152 for a 4-hour session
I’ll come to your home before Baby arrives to help you get ready for postpartum. This session includes meal and snack prep, stocking your nursing and postpartum cart, and setting up the nursery for an easier transition.
Meal Prep Services – $160 for 3 meals + 1 snack
Nourishing, home-cooked meals prepared in your kitchen to support your week—either fresh or prepped ahead for the freezer. I bring my own equipment, so cleanup stays simple, and your home feels cared for.
Grocery shopping is available for an additional fee: $35/hour for shopping time + Venmo reimbursement for groceries

How It Works
Flexible scheduling based on your needs (daytime and limited evening hours available).
Packages must be used within the first 12 weeks postpartum.
Additional hours can be added at the standard hourly rate.

Creating a Restorative Nest – Helping you set up a space that promotes healing, peace, and rest. Whether it’s organizing your postpartum essentials, setting up cozy feeding stations, or making sure your home feels like a sanctuary, I’m here to help.
Nourishment & Recovery – Supporting your body with warm, nutrient-dense meals, teas, and remedies that promote healing and energy. I also incorporate intentional rest rituals like drawing a soothing bath, preparing herbal foot soaks, or setting up a healing sitz bath to ease soreness and promote relaxation.
Emotional Support – Holding space for your experience, listening without judgment, and reminding you that you are not alone in this shift. I also help you find creative ways to process and preserve your birth memories—whether through journaling, storytelling, or creating art with pastels or watercolors. Expressing your experience in a tangible way can be incredibly healing, allowing you to reflect on and honor your transformation.
As an additional offering, I provide postpartum and breastfeeding photography sessions to document this sacred season. If you’d like to capture the quiet beauty and deep tenderness of your postpartum journey—whether snuggling in bed with your newborn, feeding your baby, or simply existing in the glow of new motherhood—I’d love to help you preserve these moments forever.
